A preschool teacher is, all at once, an educator, a caregiver, a choreographer, and a music director. It's a profession that demands constant self-improvement and ongoing personal growth and development.

Teaching a child to read and write, instilling the skills to work as part of a group, laying a moral foundation, teaching them to see beauty and goodness, and helping each child come into their own — these are the key things I focus on in my work. And the successes my students achieve are the best proof that it works."
