Olga Vorontsova

Lead Teacher, Early Childhood program

Olga Stanislavovna Vorontsova is a specialist with a higher education degree and experience working with preschool-age children.

"Being a teacher is a great honor and a great responsibility. It's the most humane, creative, and essential profession there is — after all, a teacher plays a vital role in shaping every student's character. That's exactly why each of us remembers our very first teacher.

A preschool teacher is, all at once, an educator, a caregiver, a choreographer, and a music director. It's a profession that demands constant self-improvement and ongoing personal growth and development.

Teaching a child to read and write, instilling the skills to work as part of a group, laying a moral foundation, teaching them to see beauty and goodness, and helping each child come into their own — these are the key things I focus on in my work. And the successes my students achieve are the best proof that it works."
