Olga Ermilina

Olga Evgenyevna Ermilina graduated with honors from Moscow State Pedagogical University (MSPU, formerly the Lenin Moscow State Pedagogical Institute) in 2009, with a degree in Philology (Russian Language and Literature). In 2014, she completed graduate studies in the Department of Rhetoric and Speech Culture at the same university.
She has more than nine years of teaching experience. She taught Russian language and literature to upper-grade students at Lyceum No. 11 "Phystech" in Dolgoprudny, Moscow Region, Russia, where she was recognized with a commendation from the head of the city for achieving the highest Unified State Exam (USE) results in Russian language among 11th-grade students. She also worked with younger (ages 3–4) and older (ages 5–6) preschool groups at the "Archimedes" Center for Intellectual Development, teaching rhetoric (speech development), writing, and reading using the Zaitsev method (Zaitsev's cubes). During her graduate studies, she developed and taught a special course in rhetoric for upper-level university students, aimed at improving their reading skills. She has been with the Russian school "Erudite" since 2015.

The most important outcome of this process of grasping something new is seeing that spark light up in their eyes. In my view, that's the best motivation and teaching strategy there is, and it's what will ultimately lead children to success."
